Security & Certification
The connection of the remote maintenance is secured by the symmetric encryption procedure AES with a key length of 256 bits and protected by a Thawte created certificate.
Access Permissions
Every remote maintenance is based on the customer's consent. Every activity is visible to the customer. The customer can interrupt the connection at any time.
Reporting
Completed support sessions are fully documented. Logs start and end, participants and control. Optionally, a video documents the remote maintenance.
